The mayor of Calasparra (near the town of Murcia) and the sergeant of the 'Policía Local' have presented their new vehicles with which the local police will work from now on. The e-max electric scooters are destined to work in the urban traffic control. In his speech the mayor emphasized, that this type of vehicle has the particularity to support numerous environmental advantages, as less emissions of CO2 and minor acoustic contamination, besides offering a new sustainable model of mobility. We from e-max ev's Germany are very proud about the fact that more and more communities discover the environmentally friendly and modern way of future transportation!

In the context of the electronics fair PCIM Europe 2009, which took place in the middle of May in Nuremberg/Germany, we had the chance to display the e-max next to a very prominent "neighbour". With the friendly support of the European Center for Power Electronics (ECPE) we showed on their joint booth our electric scooter next to the second exhibit which was the plug in hybrid solution AUDI TT, developed by the Fraunhofer Institute. 

     
"Pelle" the Norwegian pendant to the "Herbie the Love Bug" movies will be remade, with the important and also environmental friendly difference that the new "Pelle" Volkswagen beetle will be electric. To promote the movie with the "new" police beetle a land wide lottery is organised and what could be a better price for such a clean plan than an e-max electric scooter? Dag our Norwegian importer had the idea to offer one of his scooters.
